Looks like Venice will be soon covered by Google Street View. As there are no cars allowed in Venice (maybe they are allowed … but it would be a little hard without streets) you will not be able to find the google street view car in Venice – they have a street view walker – how clever. While visiting Venice I had the chance to capture the “google-walker”.

Usually I love bags not backpacks. But this special backpack deserves a feature on my blog. He carried a special google backpack with the camera equipment and all the electronics and walked up and down all the little alleyways of Venice, Italy. Didn’t look comfortable. When you spot me soon on some google images let me know.
I wonder if they also equipped a boat or gondola with cameras …
