AAutumn in Melbourne, Victoria is just spectacular, especially up in the Yarra Valley. It’s still around the twenty degree mark at the end of April, so the leaves are a little late in changing colour and falling. We visited the YarraWarra winery, in the Yarra Valley, last year and were blown away by the colours in Autumn. We just had to head up there for a fashion photo shoot.
Melbourne Autumn Fashion on my Blog – Autumn leaves fall
The French lace, Raspberry red skirt and top I’m wearing is by Australian label, RSVP by Perri Cutten. Red is not normally a colour that I like to wear but this shade is just divine. French lace is so beautiful and intricate, adding a vintage element to any item of clothing. It’s a special occasion outfit when worn together for events such as the races or a cocktail party.
The outfit was the perfect choice for a warm Autumn day against the stunning backdrop of yellow leaves. TarraWarra Estate specialises in Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. It also houses the Museum of Art which showcases Australian art from the second half of the twentieth century to today. Their vineyard grounds make a picturesque spot for a picnic or a romantic stroll. Definitely worth a visit.
