Pommery Champagne was flowing, the music was pumping and the racing personalities were mingling in this stylish corner of the Caulfield Racecourse. Located trackside – the ideal spot to view the races of the Caulfield Spring Carnival in Melbourne.
We had the opportunity to snap away at the likes of Miss World Australia 2013 (scroll down to the bottom of the page to see her) , Erin Holland. Gorgeous model Sophie Van Den Akker (wearing Matcho Suba) was also enjoying her time at the Pegasus Marquee, and so were Jess and Stef from the ‘How Two Live’ blog were also spotted wearing Ellery. They were there to judge the Fashions on the Field competition (Have a look here: Fashions on the Field – exclusive for our Facebook likers) .
The ever lovely Bree Laughlin was one of my favourites of the day in her 1920‘s simple yet elegant look. She wore a white laser cut suit from Melbourne based designer, Livia Arena, and a black beret from Jill and Jack Millinery. Very Gatsby-esque! Oh, and the boys from Birds of Tokyo also made an appearance prior to their concert at the racecourse.
We hope you enjoy our coverage. More to come next week as we head back to the Caulfield Cup.
